The apartement can accomodate up to 4 people (2 in a double bed 2 in a comfortable bed settee), the price is referred for a number of occupants from 1 to maximum 4 people and include:

Bedshits and towels are supplied free of charge
The final cleaning is free of charge

check-in&check-out timetables

For weekly rent the apartment is available from 4:00PM of the Saturday arrival to 10:00AM of the Saturday departure (Check-in time: from 4 pm to 8 pm check-out 8:00AM-10:00AM)

For long week-end the apartment is available from 6:30PM of Thursday to 10:00AM of sunday (check-in 6:30PM-8:30PM, check-out 8:00AM-10:00AM)

For short week-end the apartment is available from 12:00AM of Friday to 10:00AM of sunday (check-in 12:00AM-8:00PM, check-out 8:00AM-10:00AM)

For arrivals and departures beyond scheduled time: extra charge €20,00 is applied for time

deposit and Security deposit

In order to reserve you'll be required to send a not refundable deposit of 30% of the total rate through credit transfert, you'll be required to pay the remaining rate at check-in.

A Security Deposit 300€ guarantee will be requested when entering the apartment, If the inventory of fixtures upon exiting the apartment does not bring to light any apparent problems, the security deposit will be returned with the collection of the keys. If there is any damage, the security deposit will be released after a period of 1 month after deducting the amount to cover damages, broken objects. In the case of damages exceeding the total sum of the security deposit, the owner reserves the right to take legal action against the renter.

Document required upon your arrival

a copy of the indentity card for the National of the European Union or a copy of the Passport for the other countries.
